ICE CREAM FRIDAY
Ice cream Friday continues this term in the canteen at lunch time commencing this Friday.
Icy poles 50c and Ice Creams $1.
VOLUNTEERS TO HELP – if you are available on a Friday to help sell the ice creams, please email the P&F on the above email address- approximately 1 hour of your time starting around 12.45pm.
A Special Meeting of the P&F was held on Tuesday 9th October where the new Constitution was accepted. Attached is the new P&F Constitution for everyone to access.
Watch this space for the upcoming pasta drive that will be running in Term 4.
ADHOC CAMPING WEEKEND
The Fathering Project Camping trip is back this year on the weekend of 20-21 October. Further details will go out in the next week for those that are attending.
Get ready to make a very colourful mess!!!
The Colour Chaos is the official fundraiser for the new Nature Play Area and to replace the grass on the oval. We encourage students to collect sponsors for this fun event with entries to a raffle of prizes for every $10 collected. There will be obstacle courses, running and games, all while being splattered with colour and fun.
We do need lots of volunteers for this event to make it happen; so please register your interest to help out so we can make this a super fun event for the kids - please email email@example.com
END OF YEAR CHRISTMAS EVENT
Save the Date - the end of year Christmas event will be back on the afternoon of 2nd December; with beautiful carols sung by the children, inflatables, good food and drinks, family and friends!! Further details to follow in lead up to this.
Last night a special meeting was held regarding updating the P&F constitution. Thank you to the parents who were able to attend. Changes to the constitution are accepted. A copy of the new constitution is attached below.
